Engine Warranty

M2R Motorsport offer a limited 6 month / 5,000 mile warranty that covers Gaskets/Seals or Build Labour/Procedures.

Exclusions are all engine internals, cylinder blocks and cylinder heads, if the components used do not have a manufacturers warranty we will not cover this under our Engine Warranty.

To retain the warranty the vehicle must be returned to us the company for running-in-service and vehicle inspections

The Vehicle must have either *stock engine software* or to be fitted with engine software performed and or approved by us the Company.
Any non-compliant software may result in immediate voiding of the warranty.

In the unfortunate event of a failure, us the company will require to carry out a full investigation into the causing factors of engine failure, this includes but is not limited to oil analysis, data logs, fuel analysis and full engine inspection.

The warranty will become void if any person or entity other than employees of M2R Motorsport Ltd works on any part of the engine or fuelling system during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by abuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
- Any repairs or modifications made by third parties.
- Failure resulting from the use of non-approved parts or fluids.
- Incidental or consequential damages

Failure to comply with the above stated requirements will void the Engine Warranty

 

Any mechanical/engine works booked with a payable deposit are non-refundable, all engines supplied with warranty are booked in with a non-refundable deposit

 

Workshop bookings may/can be changed in terms of dates this will be discussed with the customer on behalf of the company and may be in terms of a written or oral agreement

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with UK laws

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer concerning the engine rebuilding service and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
