MK3 Focus ST250 2.0 EcoBoost Reconditioned Engine
 
Our 2.0 EcoBoost Engines consist of the following;
 
- New Piston Rings (Pistons and Rods are Ultrasonically Cleaned and then Inspected)
- King Race or ACL Race Big End & Main Bearings
- OEM 2.0 Ford Crankshaft
- Balance Shaft Delete Kit
- New Oil Pump & Timing Chain Kit
- Genuine Ford Head Gasket & Seals
- Fully Tested and Reconditioned Cylinder Head, valves lapped, stem seals replaced, head is skimmed and pressure tested. Heads are vacuum tested to ensure optimal performance (Using The Latest 2.0 Revised Cylinder Heads)
- Cylinder Block is prepped, measured and machined to final sizes
- All our engines are ran through our automated Hot Wash and Chemical Degreaser. Components also ran through our Ultrasonic Cleaner
- We also offer other builds depending on power & application
- Optional Performance Camshafts, Springs, Head Gaskets & ARP Head/Main Studs etc
